Panther's have long reload, (p)iss poor view and expensive. the Panther is already good enough for the germans to not need to deploy heavier tanks at all, while with soviet you are almost forced to deploy heavy tanks. What I dont really like on the balance of the game its like, soviet heavy vehicles are good but just way to expensive, while the other tanks are a bit cheaper, but not actually "that" cheaper to compensate the huge difference with standard german tanks.
